Please include important dates such as Wedding date, fittings and hair appointments and I will prioritise your order.

Make a note of the name of the item you wish to order and either email or telephone me. I will then contact you to confirm your order and talk through the details of your purchase. You can pay by PayPal or cheque. Delivery times can be confirmed when you place your order however if you need your item urgently please tell me so that I can make you a priority.

Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If however you are not satisfied please return the item in its original packaging and condition within 7 working days of receipt of your goods and before your wedding day and state whether you require an exchange or refund. I will then refund the cost of the item minus the postage cost. If the item is faulty the return postage will be refunded along with the returned item. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit I therfore recommend the insured postal service. Bespoke items cannot be refunded as they have been designed for a specific client.
